The Neighbourhood Watch schemes play a vital role in crime detection, prevention and community safety, which helps make the Island one of the safest places to live, work and play, in the British Isles.
We support the Neighbourhood Watch movement and actively engages with communities where schemes exist, and with those wishing to establish new schemes.
The purpose of Isle of Man Neighbourhood is to:-
On the Island there are various schemes, including Home Watch, Farm Watch and specialist groups such as Hotel Watch, Business Watch and Poacher Watch, a figure which is steadily increasing, forming a key part of Community Safety.
